A.  AGREEMENT  

Completion of this registration form means that you agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement and you are legally entered into an agreement with Searchtimes.com. Terms and conditions of Searchtimes.com are given below:  

B. Joining Policy   

 · You must provide us a valid e-mail and mailing address to join our program.   

 · You must have a web site with non-adult content.   

 · Your acceptance in our affiliate program is subject to our approval.   
 
 · We will occasionally send information to our affiliates regarding their account and other updates about our web site.     

 · We encourage if you who have a web site to download our banners and search engine codes to place them on your site! You may also use text links to advertise our program.  

C. Usage Policy   

 · All traffic to your pages is measured by a traffic measuring methodology to calculate exact number of visitors to your pages.       

 · Payable search is defined as your visitor makes a search using our search boxes and visit at least one of our advertiser web site.      

 · Any kind of cheating and fraud with the program will not be tolerated and such accounts will be immediately removed from the program.     

 · You are not allowed to search and click on highest bids in search engine just to earn money. Too many clicks from same IP will result in account termination.   

 · Repetitive searches to the same key word or search terms are not accepted.    

 · Your visitors cannot click twice or more on links in directory, because only unique clicks counts. Do not misuse and click on all links because your IP is in our data base and your account can be terminated   

D. Commission Policy   

 · Searchtimes.com will only pay any commission, referral income and bonus money if we are successful in getting advertisement. We are not liable to pay any member without getting advertisement. Commissions are directly related to the advertising revenue generated by Searchtimes.com.   

 · You must be an active member to get your monthly commission from us.   

 · We will track all your referrals and their commission. Searchtimes.com will have full authority to make final decision in this regard.   

 · Member commissions shall be paid by Paypal or company check.    

 · Affiliates will be paid 20% of our income for searches made using Searctimes.com from their sites. Affiliates will also be paid for 20% of their referral earning on ten levels.   

 · Refusal by an advertiser to pay for a search will result in the cancellation of your commission.   

 · Searchtimes.com will forfeit any cash balance in the account without prior notice if affiliate is found cheating, fraud or violating terms and conditions.  

E.  Anti Spam Policy    

  Searchtimes.com strictly prohibits users from sending unsolicited mass emails or spam, whether via email or any other form. Any user using spamming techniques for soliciting referrals will be immediately terminated. Searchtimes.com reserves the right to terminate a member’s account and forfeit any cash balance in the account without prior notice if member is found violating Searchtimes.com Anti-Spam Policy.    

F. Unlawful Or Prohibited Use   

 · As a condition of your use of the Searchtimes.com Web Site, You warrant us that You will not use our Web Sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Searchtimes.com Web Sites in any way which can damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.    

· Any kind of cheating with the program will not be tolerated and such accounts will be immediately removed from the program

G. COPYRIGHT POLICY       

  If you place a link to the Searchtimes.com Web site, we grant You a limited license to use the Searchtimes.com trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of seeking legitimate referrals to our program. You guarantee that Searchtimes.com will receive benefit of such use.  

H. Subject to Change    

  These Terms may periodically change with the expansion of our company. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms without prior notice to our Members.
